More on the George Zimmerman Train Wreck - I Can't Stop Watching

  1. I don't truly believe that anyone in the black community, law enforcement, supporters of gun control, opponents of stand-your-ground or even any of us wild-eyed liberals are targeting this poor, pathetic, broken man.

But on the bright side. He can always hire a bodyguard or security. He doesn't have to be without his protection. I don't think he'll be able to do it. Next charge will be a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

His girlfriend seemed like a strong person. What the hell could she possibly have been thinking to hook up with a dangerous two-time loser like Zimmerman? In-fucking-credible. Now she's carrying his seed.

  2. Flying Junior: " He can always hire a bodyguard or security."

With what? You didn't hear about his mountain of debt? Bloomberg can always hire 15 NYPD cops to be his personal security. Regular people can't even hire one.

  3. I was being facetious. This country doesn't have very much history with left-wing assassins. He should be okay. Maybe it's time for George to get a job as a mall cop or something. He shouldn't have killed Martin. That's the event that ruined his life, despite the massive support he received from the hard right, racists and some believers in stand your ground/self-defense. Readers of this blog still maintain that he had to defend himself, in spite of all of the mounting evidence against his character. I really can't support a man who pulled a weapon on two women who were trying to love him. Now he's up on charges and has to surrender his guns. Nobody to blame but himself.

    1. FJ, Don't try to convince TS to withdraw his blind support of George Zimmerman. It's useless.

    2. What about your blind support for Martin?

    3. "Blind support"? I go on evidence. When this case first broke, I thought it was a bad shooting- until I started looking into it. Did you ever for a second consider that this could have been a case if self-defense?

    4. People are always talking about catching the signs of someone who might be dangerous. Zim is screaming signs of being dangerous.

    5. I did consider carefully if perhaps GZ had acted in self defense. My conclusion was that he might have, but since he was the only one with a gun and since he shouldn't have been following the kid in the first place, he was guilty of at least manslaughter for having set the events in motion. I consider the guilt or innocence of the actual shooting to be in a gray area. No one knows what really happened. So, no, I did not have blind support for Martin and yes, I did consider the self-defense claim.

    6. Mikeb, we've been over this many times already. In this latest case, you probably will get what you have wanted all along: a disarmed Zimmerman.

    7. If Zim had complied with the police dispatcher, and not followed Martin, Martin would still be alive. Sure, we need guys like Zim who refuse to follow orders on the police department. HA HA HA. One law breaker (Greg) defending another law breaker, Zim. Big surprise!
